Public Service Design
We help organizations develop services which reflect their client’s needs. Together with the organizations, we look for innovative and fresh solutions and continue to assess them. Thanks to creativity, cooperation, and emphasis on the client’s experience, we create services that work.
Training
We have trained hundreds of public sector employees in areas of strategic management, service design, and evidence-based policy making methodologies. Participants in our workshops gain the tools to implement cutting-edge public sector findings and practices into their everyday work.
Analysis and Evaluation for Innovation
We use evaluation as a tool for innovating the Czech public sector. Innovation projects bring fresh ideas and novel problem solutions and are, by their very nature, a daring step into uncharted territory. Evaluation serves as much-needed feedback for innovative solutions. We assess what the innovation brings, how it works, and help the people behind the innovation to learn and improve.
